Terms of Service

Effective: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using TronDealer (the "Service"), including the website, dashboard, API, and mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Accounts are created through an identity-free registration: a name you choose and an API key we generate; you are responsible for safeguarding that key and for everything done with it.

2. What the Service is

TronDealer is a cryptocurrency payment gateway. We assign you deposit addresses on several networks, detect and confirm the payments they receive, notify you (webhook, dashboard, or push notification), and settle the funds according to the payout method you configure:

  • Wallet. Funds are sent to a payout address you control. We never hold your balance longer than the sweep takes.
  • QvaPay or Zelle. Funds are converted and credited to the account you specify, through third parties with their own terms. The applied exchange rate includes a spread over the market price.
  • Custody. Funds are held in our treasury until you request a withdrawal.

3. Fees

For wallet payouts we charge 0.4% of each payment, with a minimum of USD 0.30 for payments under USD 10. The fee is deducted from the payment itself before it is forwarded to you. Network costs (gas, energy, miner fees) of moving your funds are covered by us, except on Bitcoin and Litecoin, where the miner fee is deducted from the payment. Fees for the QvaPay and Zelle methods are shown before you use them. Payments below the minimum threshold published in the documentation are neither processed nor notified.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity.
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices toward your own customers.
  • Evading economic sanctions or trade restrictions.
  • Goods or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or your customers’.
  • Interfering with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service.

5. Sanctions and abuse prevention

We do not request identity documents. Instead, before sending funds we check every destination address against public sanctions lists (such as the OFAC SDN list). If an address appears on those lists, the payout is blocked. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of unlawful activity and to cooperate with authorities when required by law.

6. Nature of transactions

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for configuring your payout addresses correctly: funds sent to an address you specified cannot be recovered. We are not liable for payments your customers send to a wrong address, on an unsupported network or asset, or for price movements of the assets. Confirmation times depend on each network.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; the blockchain networks and providers we depend on may experience delays or outages beyond our control. Payments received during an outage are detected once the Service recovers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronDealer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we detect unlawful activity, or when legally required. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure by writing to [email protected]. Before requesting closure, make sure your funds have already been settled; deposit addresses assigned to a closed account are no longer monitored.

10. Intellectual property

The TronDealer software, documentation, and brand are owned by TronDealer and QvaPay. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. The WooCommerce plugin and published integration examples are governed by their own license.

11. Privacy

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
